FAQ's
Q: Can I choose my Provider?

A: Yes! You can reach out directly to the provider of choice. If your first contact has a waitlist, then we are happy to refer you to another therapist. Our Counseling Intern is currently accepting new patients.

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Yes! Our licensed providers are in-network with BCBS. To ask specific questions about your insurance you can talk with the provider directly. If you are booking with our intern, she is self-pay only.

Q: Do you offer TeleHealth services?

A: Yes! Our providers are Board Certified in TeleMentalHealth (BC-TMH) and use a HIPAA and HITECH compliant medical platform. This service is available to anyone within the physical boundaries of Mississippi. Our intern has also had training in Telehealth and is able to provide this service for clients as well.

Q: What do I need for my intake?

A: Your provider will send you the intake paperwork ahead of your first appointment. Copies of paperwork are also available at the office. You will need your insurance card (if you are BCBS) and your payment method to leave on file.

Q: Will I have privacy?

A: Yes! Our office is located in Office Park off Sisk Avenue. When you enter the building, we do share an entryway with other businesses. However, once you enter our suite, it's private! Our providers share a common waiting space but it is only for OCC clients. Here we hope you are able to relax and enjoy some coffee and snacks while you wait for your session.

Q: What ages do you treat?

A: Each provider has their own range but in general, we serve ages 10 and up.

Q: Do you offer groups or workshops?

A: Yes! We love offering groups, workshops, seminars and trainings as requested. We have a conference room at our offices but also love to visit other places! If you are interested, reach out today. We will be happy to talk with you about your needs and how we may help!
Q: Can you offer referrals for other services?
A: Yes! We have several other professionals in the mental health field we can easily refer to if you have need. This includes a Psychiatrist for medication or a Psychologist for testing.

Q: How often do I come to therapy?

A: Each individual is unique. Our providers will specialize a plan just for you. For many that will be weekly appointments, for some that will be every other week. Others that are in maintenance phase may come monthly. We will work with your needs and budget to accommodate you best.
